UPDATE-WAIVER GUIDELINES DUE TO CLOSURE OF RAMON VILLEDA MORALES AIRPORT (SAP) OBJECTIVE

온두라스 San Pedro Sula (SAP)의 Ramon Villeda Morales 공항폐쇄로 인해 티켓변경이 필요하신 경우 웨이버 코드입니다.

WAIVER CODE: W1201106TCHN

조건

 Tickets issued until: January 29th, 2021

 Original travel dates: December 19th, 2020 to January 31st, 2021

 Last date for change: February 5th, 2021

 New travel date must be completed by: February 20th, 2021

가이드라인

1. 날짜변경시, but remains at the same origin/destination: change fee/fare difference 면제.(동일 캐빈내) 
2. 날짜와 origin/destination변경시: 허용된 alernative cities(TGU): change fee/fare difference 면제, 그외 도시들:  change fee 면제, but fare difference 부과될수 있음 
3. 리펀드 요청시: 사용전티켓 Unused ticket(refundable and non-refundable fares) 환불가능 if the original flight was cancelled or the tickets can be refunded according to the applicable regulations in the country, 부분사용티켓은 original form of payment로 환불불가 Partially used tickets do not apply for a refund to the original form of payment.
4. 크레딧 보유 선택가능: fare difference는 부과될 수 있음. 

중요

-By changing the dates of origin due to the affectation, the return dates can be modified at the passengers request.

-Applies to all regular, award, interline, and code share tickets on stock 230만 적용

-The change fee (administrative fee) for travel agency tickets is waived.

-Applies to all rates: regular, group, net and dynamic.

-Applies to companion rewards tickets.

-Additional travel expenses that may occur must be covered by the passenger.

-Waiver code must be documented in the endorsement box/field and in an OSI
